We are a fully licensed and insured construction company, building in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. In addition to building and selling our own homes, we also specialize in fee-based construction.

We can handle any project, from high-volume production building, to on-your-lot single-family builds.

We take pride in operating our company as a successful corporation, with full policies and procedures for every project we take on. Being organized is a huge part of our success.

We work with multiple investment groups. Every project we manage is fully funded; from the initial lot clearing to to its final clean. Our houses are delivered complete and move-in ready. We take every home “from trees to keys.”

We have relationships with local vendors going back over 25 years. Every vendor we have is fully contracted and receives detailed purchase orders and build schedules before any work begins.
