Our team will guide you through the entire construction process, starting with an on-site pre-consultation meeting, plan design and review, designer selections appointment with a licensed interior designer, pre-start construction meeting, pre-drywall walkthrough, pre-closing orientation walkthrough and finally a re-walk of your home prior to your closing. Along the way, you will receive regular updates on the status of your home. Unlike many home builders, we welcome customer input and are happy to address any questions and concerns throughout the entire construction process. We believe in providing our customers not just a house, but a home to be enjoyed for generations to come! We also believe educating our homeowners is an important part of the home building process.
